I am a problem solver, instinctively wanting to make people's lives better! I find meaning and joy in designing exceptional employee experiences that help companies navigate the challenging structure of a global workforce! 

Most of my career has been at early stage technology companies between 20-900 employees. I believe that companies who set an intentional people strategy and build a solid people foundation will see sustained employee engagement which has a direct impact on business results.

I have deep Boston ties but now live in sunny Florida. Outside of work, I enjoy spending days with my husband and three little kids! I also love the beach & everything Disney.
